Black Friday 2020 Sale Rules

Sale Rules:

1. Extra 10% off applies to Black Friday Category items only.

2. No coupon code needed. Discount applied in cart. Cannot be combined with other offers.

3. All sales are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Items in your cart are not reserved until you complete checkout. You will receive an order confirmation immediately after your order has been placed.

5. Due to high volume of orders and a holiday week, processing times will be 1-4 business days.

6. All monogrammed orders will take an additional 2 weeks on top of processing time and shipping time.

7. Once orders are placed, they cannot be edited in any way or canceled. Please review your cart prior to checkout.

8. Response times from our customer service team could be longer. All emails will be answered in the order in which they are received. We are so sorry, we do not offer customer support via phone.

9. If inventory is off, your original form of payment will be refunded for the out of stock item(s).

10. Sale ends Sunday, November 29th at 11:59pm CST. Price adjustments will not be made for orders placed before or after the sale dates. Additional 10% off cannot be applied to Black Friday orders already placed.
